Ben Calianga is a photographer and digital media professional specializing in game coverage, storytelling, and social media content. With experience across collegiate, professional, and amateur sports, he focuses on capturing authentic moments and delivering engaging visuals that connect teams with their audiences.
He is set to join the Worcester Red Sox as a Production Assistant, where he will work on game-day broadcasts, operate the scoreboard, and support camera and production operations. Previously, Ben served as Assistant Director of Athletics Communications at Gordon College, where he managed the athletics website, produced social media campaigns, photographed and filmed competitions, and supervised communications staff. He has also worked as a communications specialist in Tanzania and as an Associate Regional Director with Zero Gravity Basketball.
In addition to his sports experience, Ben is currently the Director of Marketing at The Nova, where he leads website development, social media strategy, and multimedia production. Across all roles, he brings a strong eye for storytelling, technical production skills, and a passion for sports and community-driven content.
